Planning
In this stage, we identify and outline all the project’s needs, also diagnosing other elements that can be optimized. After identifying the issues, it’s time to think about solutions and turn them into objectives. Finally, an action plan is created with tasks and goals to be achieved in order to reach the objectives you've set and solve the problem.
Action
This phase is where all the planning and task assignments come to life. It is also the phase where most of the time, money, and people are used during the project. This phase usually begins with an initial meeting, where the background, the plan, roles, and tools of the project will be confirmed.
Evaluations
This phase runs concurrently with the execution phase and focuses on ensuring that all moving parts of the project are running smoothly. This is the moment when plans can be modified, new resources may be required, and the project’s performance will be recorded.
Monitoring
Through Process Management, new practices derived from improvement suggestions from clients, employees, and internal audit cycles are incorporated into TeamProcess, with all changes in the organization’s processes defined and formalized.
